Welcome to the Euro-Citizens Project!

'Euro-citizens' involves schools and their communities in many different European countries.

As the teachers work with their pupils, the idea of 'what makes a good citizen' will be explored. They will consider the qualities, attitudes and values that are important.

In Year 1, the focus is on a 'local' citizen, whether at home, at school, or in the village or town.

In Year 2, the focus will extend to a 'national' citizen.

Finally, in Year 3, the focus will be on 'global or international' citizens and how citizens can work together towards world peace and understanding.
